Newbies Blast a 1931 Ford!
A few weeks ago someone brought in a 1931 Ford and had us blast it for them. Since we had a few guys there for a demonstration we let them take a crack at it! Check out the video below:

A few weeks ago a guy dropped off this 31 Ford so we could strip all the paint and Bondo from it. The Dustless Blaster would have made it an easy job anyway, but it just so happens that we had about 6 people there for demonstrations… so we let them do all the work! So what happens when a bunch of people who have NEVER used the Dustless Blaster before try to blast a classic car? Watch the video below to find out!
They ended up blasting most of the outside of the car in about 45 minutes, and it looked great. They must have liked the way it worked too, because they all bought mobile units after that.

The Dustless Blaster Gets it Done Faster!David’s company frequently had to remove dried mortar from large mortar mixers using a needle scalar. This process took several hours and “was not a fun job”. Standoff Distance and Blast Pressures
Weather it’s boats, cars or graffiti you’re blasting, this video will show you what blast pressures and standoff distances to use on different materials. Of course a little experimentation is the best way to find the ideal sweet spot, but this video will give you a general starting point.
Selecting the Perfect Blast Media
The Dustless Blaster can use practically any abrasive that sinks in water. These abrasives are all a little different and this video shows you what to expect with glass, sand and coal slag. It also discusses the importance of consistent particle size and how to tell if your glass is trashy.

We wanted to give all of our potential customers fair warning; we are shipping out a ridiculous number of Dustless Blasters each day and have fallen behind on orders. Spring is a prime time for anyone in the blasting business, and if you’re hoping to take advantage of all the great opportunities springtime will have to offer, you should order your machine very soon.
As you can see, we’re doing our best to keep up, we’re running two shifts, we’ve hired more welders, and we’re expanding our facilities. We’re not thrilled about falling behind, but we do want to be upfront about it so nobody misses out on jobs because they ordered too late.

This year, we’ve sold hundreds of DB150′s as more and more people find out about
the incredible speed and productivity that can be achieved with the Dustless Blaster. The DB150 is popular mostly with auto restorers and body shops. It’s our smallest and lowest price blaster with a little over 1 cubic foot capacity which, depending on pressure and abrasive flow settings, should last about 15 minutes.
Most cars can be stripped in under 2 hours with the Dustless Blaster, which is unprecedented, but with the DB150 that would still mean refilling 8 times.
For those who want to go longer than 15 minutes before refills, the next option was the DB500, which was too big and too expensive for some people. So we’ve introduced the DB225. Twice as big, but not twice the price. Watch the video below to see it in action.
